SHOPPER REWARDS RULES:

Pinnacle Communications Int'l, Inc./GreenBackStreet.com ("PCI/GBS") reserves the right to amend the game rules and adjust the prize amounts at anytime without notice.

1. You must be an activated and verified member of GreenBackStreet.com to play.
2. Any activated and verified member of GreenBackStreet.com can win.
3. Every member that makes a purchase from one of the stores available on the GreenBackStreet.com website will automatically be entered in the contest.
4. Every purchase you make through GreenBackStreet.com generates an entry.
5. One entry is generated for each purchase. One additional entry is generated for every $10.00 of your purchase amount. For example: A $100.00 purchase amount generates, 1 entry + 9 additional entries. *Note: It is important to remember that a purchase can take from 3 to 5 business days to register and record. In rare cases, purchases can take longer than 5 business days to register and record.
6. The monthly prize will be posted on the GreenBackStreet.com site and can be viewed on GreenBackStreet.com, Games/Shopper Rewards.
7. The game period begins at 12:00 AM (EST) on the 1st day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM. (EST) on the last day of the month, each month.
8. The monthly winner will be randomly selected on the 1st business day after the contest period has ended.
9. Eligible participants can win only one prize in any given contest period.
10. The winner will be notified by GreenBackStreet.com via email after the monthly contest period ends. A link to the prize claim form will be embedded in the email.
11. The winner will have ten (10) days from the last day of the month to complete and return the prize claim form to GreenBackStreet.com to claim their prize.
12. If the winner does not complete and return the prize claim form to claim their prize within ten days they will forfeit the prize. GreenBackStreet.com reserves the right to randomly select another Shopper Rewards monthly prize winner.
13. After GreenBackStreet.com receives the prize claim form, the prize will be shipped to the address on the prize claim form. All shipping charges will be incurred solely by GreenBackStreet.com.
14. GreenBackStreet.com reserves the right to announce all game prize winners on the www.GreenBackStreet.com web site.
15. PCI/GBS is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen prizes.
16. PCI/GBS will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with PCI/GBS or elsewhere.
17. While PCI/GBS will make every effort to assure that all entries are correct, technical difficulties may, at times, occur. PCI/GBS will use reasonable efforts to assure that all entries due any participant be recorded and given to that participant but assumes no responsibility for such technical difficulties and the decisions of PCI/GBS are final and binding in all respects.
18. PCI/GBS is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture such information, whether caused by website users, tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.
19. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.
20. All entries become the property of PCI/GBS and will not be returned.
21. Any questions regarding the number of entries or the owner of an email account shall be determined by PCI/GBS in its sole discretion, and PCI/GBS reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the "Shopper Rewards Contest".
22. Prizes are non-assignable, non-transferable and the "Cash" value of the prize is not redeemable.
23. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and PCI/GBS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
24. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.
25. Any person attempting to defraud or in anyway tamper with this contest will be ineligible for prizes and could be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
26. Employees of PCI/GBS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the games or win prizes.
