Prize Wheel Rules:

Pinnacle Communications Int’l, Inc. (“PCI”) reserves the right to amend the game rules and adjust the prize amounts at anytime without notice.

1. Registered members are eligible to spin the wheel up to 13 times per day.
2. Every wheel spin wins a member “Game Points.”
3. The wheel has a total of eight (8) colored pegs. Each colored peg has a numeric value. The values are referred to as “Game Points.” Note: “Game Points” have no cash value and are not redeemable or transferable.
4. Registered members collect “Game Points”. A members “Game Points” are tallied from 12:00:00 AM (Central) to 11:59:59 PM (Central), daily.
5. Members can view their daily collected “Game Points” under Your Account/Game Status.
6. The game period runs from 12:00:00 AM (Central) to 11:59:59 PM (Central).
7. The daily winner(s) will be selected on the 1st business day after the contest period has ended.
8. At the end of the game period, prize(s) are awarded to the registered member(s) who have collected the most “Game Points.”
9. One winner who has the highest total daily game points will be awarded the first place prize of $40.00, 1 winner who has the next highest total daily game points will be awarded the 2nd place prize of $10.00, and 1 winner who has the next highest total daily game points will be awarded the 3rd place prize of $5.00. In the case of a tie, the tie will be broken at random by the system. Each game is a self-contained entity and at the start of any game Pinnacle may, at its discretion, adjust the prize amounts and/or rules as necessary.
10. Participants are eligible to win only “ONE” prize per member account, for any given contest period. In the event that a participant’s account wins more than one prize in a contest period, PCI reserves the right to do a redraw on the lower of the prize amount.
11. Winners will be notified via email. Prize Claim instructions will be included in the email.
12. Winners will have ten (10) days from the end of the game to complete and return the Prize Claim Form to claim their prize.
13. Once the Prize Claim Form is received, the prize(s) will automatically be credited to the member(s) account and will be viewable in their online account.
14. PCI reserves the right to announce all winners to all games by member name.
15. If the winner(s) does not complete the Prize Claim Form to collect their prize with-in 10 days they will forfeit the prize. The prize will not be re-allocated.
16. PCI will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with PCI.
