Game Rules

No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. All federal, state local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. The games are made available by Pinnacle Communications Int’l, Inc.

ARCI Shopping & Fundraising reserves the right to amend the game rules and adjust the prize amounts at anytime without notice.

1. Only registered members (“member(s)”) are eligible to play games.

   1. Registration is free.

2. Each game has its own play (or turn) limitations and potential game point values.

   1. Spin the Wheel, Cha-Chink-O and Golden Dollar award various game point values.

   2. Shopper Rewards and Referral rewards awards a set game point value for each action.

3. “Games Points” are awarded for each game:

   1. Shopper Rewards: Ten (10) points per one (1) full dollar spent

      • A maximum of 50000 points can be awarded during any given game period

   2. Referral rewards: 50 points per activated member that is personally referred.

      • A maximum of 500 points can be awarded during any given game period

   3. Spin the Wheel: 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 or 500 (per play)

      • A maximum of 35,000 points can be awarded during any given game period

   4. Cha-Chink-O: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 or 500 (per play)

      • A maximum of 35,000 points can be awarded during any given game period

   5. Golden Dollar: 10, 50 or 250 (per play)

      • A maximum of 8,750 points can be awarded during any given game period

4. There is a limit to the number of plays a member can get each day for the online interactive games:

   1. Spin the Wheel: maximum of 10 plays daily (per member)

   2. Cha-Chink-O: maximum of 10 plays daily (per member)

   3. Golden Dollar: maximum of 5 plays daily (per member)

5. Game points have no cash value and are not redeemable or transferable.

6. Members can collect game points throughout the game period. A member’s game points from all games are tallied from 12:00:00 AM (Central) on Saturday to 11:59:59 PM (Central) on Friday. This is the total game points tally.

7. Members can view their collected game points under Your Account/Game Status.

8. The game period runs from 12:00:00 AM (Central) on Saturday to 11:59:59 PM (Central) on Friday.

9. The winner(s) will be selected on the 1st business day after the contest period has ended.

10. At the end of the game period, prize(s) are awarded to the member(s) who have collected the most game points.

11. One (1) winner who has the highest total game points will be awarded the first place prize of $100.00, one (1) winner who has the next highest total game points will be awarded the 2nd place prize of $75.00, and one (1) winner who has the next highest total game points will be awarded the 3rd place prize of $25.00. In the case of a tie, the tie will be broken at random by the system. Each game is a self-contained entity and at the start of any game Pinnacle may, at its discretion, adjust the prize amounts and/or rules as necessary.

12. Participants are eligible to win only one (1) prize per member account, for any given contest period. In the event that a participant’s account wins more than one (1) prize in a contest period, ARCI Shopping & Fundraising reserves the right to do a redraw on the lower of the prize amounts.

13. Winners will be notified via email. Prize Claim Form instructions will be included in the email.

14. Winners will have ten (10) days from the end of the game to complete and return the Prize Claim Form to claim their prize.

15. Once the Prize Claim Form is received, the prize(s) will automatically be credited to the member(s) account and will be viewable in their online account center.

16. ARCI Shopping & Fundraising reserves the right to announce all winners to all games by member name.

17. If the winner(s) does not complete the Prize Claim Form to collect their prize with-in 10 days they will forfeit the prize. The prize will not be re-allocated.

18. ARCI Shopping & Fundraising will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with ARCI Shopping & Fundraising.
