Anti-SPAM Policy
Pinnacle Communications International, Inc. has a strict policy regarding SPAMMING. In short, we forbid it. SPAMMING is a serious violation of the Terms and Conditions of doing business with this company. If “SPAMMING” techniques are used to solicit referrals associated with the activities of the ARCI Shopping & Fundraising website (business) the following two things will happen:
- Your membership will be immediately terminated and you will forfeit any monies due to you in commission payouts
- We will report you, and the incident, to the proper local, state and federal authorities.
What is SPAM?
SPAM is unsolicited email (or news postings) pushing a point. Be it an ad for a used PC, or an urge to vote on a proposition, if they didn’t ask for it, didn’t sign up on a mailing list related to it, and didn’t leave their email addresses on a web form asking for more information about it, it’s SPAM! And if you send it, you might be liable for a $500 fine per message!
Bottom line: don’t do it! Conduct all business associated with Pinnacle Communications and ARCI Shopping & Fundraising in an honest and ethical manner. It preserves your reputation and ours.
