Basic GreenBackStreet Questions:

• What is GreenBackStreet?: GreenBackStreet is an online shopping portal that combines the buying clout of our members with the variety of hundreds of merchants. At GreenBackStreet, the only difference is the savings. Same stores, same products, same prices. Cash Back shopping is the primary of the many benefits of a FREE GreenBackStreet membership!
• How do I sign up?: Sign up now using our quick and easy registration form. It’s quick and you can start shopping and earning Cash Back as soon as you activate your account when you receive your activation email.
• How do I make purchases?: Once you are signed-in, browse the SHOP section on GreenBackStreet to find the store you want to shop. Then click to view details about that store. From there you can click “SHOP NOW” to open up the store site and start shopping.
• How soon is my cash credited to my on-line account?: Because of the logistics with reporting back and forth with our Merchants, it usually takes 3-5 business days but can take as long as 3 months as some merchants wait until after the return period expires to report purchases.
• When do I get my cash?: GreenBackStreet pays members cash on purchases once you have accrued $15.00 and the 60 day return window has passed. You have the option to receive payment via PayPal or check. When you become eligible for payment, you will receive an email from us to select your cash back method and request your payment.
• What’s the catch? How does GreenBackStreet make money?: There’s no catch!  We are dedicated to the idea of giving our members maximum value in cash!  We don’t mark up prices, and we don’t mark up shipping and handling charges. By going through GreenBackStreet, you have access to the same products as when shopping directly at the store - at the regular store prices or, in some cases, at the special store deal. So how do we make money?  We derive our income primarily from marketing partnerships with our merchants, as well as through the services we offer.
• What do I get when I refer my friends and family to GreenBackStreet? You’ll earn 50% of the cash back rebates that your referrals earn. So if your friend earns $10.00 in cash back rebates, you’ll earn $5.00, just for being the one that introduced them to GreenBackStreet.
• Can my nonprofit organization use GreenBackStreet as a fundraiser? Yes! You can access information about the exciting Fundraising program in the Membership Enhancements box on the right side of this page!

We have endeavored to make GreenBackStreet as convenient as possible for you to use. You will find numerous icons throughout the site. The legend below will help you become acquainted with them and what they mean.

	This icon symbolizes member Comments. It identifies buttons and actions related to comments and comments left on a wikiMALL™ or member's page.
	This icon is used when you want to Delete a particular item. Usually from your own personal page but also to remove yourself from wikiMALL™ membership.
	This is the Edit icon. This will allow to interact with your member page or wikiMALL™ page to make changes.
	Click this Check icon when you are done making changes to the active page.
	This Message icon provides access to the “Send to...” menu where you can send an email to a friend to let them know about the active store or product.
	This Add to icon indicates the ability to add the active item to a particular feature of GreenBackStreet, such as a wikiMALL™, wish list or your Favorite stores.
	Use this icon to create a New content container, such as a new wikiMALL™ or new wish list.
	This Close icon will appear on numerous pop-up menus and dialog boxes. Click this to cancel the action the menu or pop-up is provided.
	This is the Expand icon. Click this icon to open up a sliding window pane for further functionality with the corresponding page section.
	This Restore icon does the opposite of Expand. It will collapse the sliding window pane for the corresponding page section.
	This icon is the symbol for Ratings. It allows you to rate and review the active store or product.
	The Shopping Cart will open up the store to allow you to commence shopping!
	This icon accompanies the link that you can you use let us know about a store that does not seem to be working.
	This wikiMALL™ icon accompanies menu items and dialog boxes that pertain to wikiMALLs™.
	This icon represents Favorite stores and will accompany any Favorites stores related interaction.
	This wish list icon accompanies menu items and dialog boxes that pertain to wish lists.
	This Objection icon indicates your option to notify GreenBackStreet of objectionable content.
	This icon indicates the store is a "Next Day Cash Back Store" and as such reports Cash Back in your account as pending within the next business day of your purchase. Pending Cash Back for Next Day Stores remains pending for 60 days.
